Hi everyone!
Long time no KOTD! Polish Hoarder from polishhoarderdisorder.blogspot.com wrote in a comment that she misses my KOTDs and I missed them too. I was really stressed lately so I had no time to play with my Konad stuff but today I couldn’t wait any longer and had to do a Konadicure again!
This Konadicure is dedicated to Guillaume who helped me to get my hands on Outta Bounds!

Hello dear readers!
Very, very long time no post, I am so sorry!
Due to my new job I am in the middle of working on a new blogging schedule and also picture set-up. During the week I only can take pictures in the evening or early in the morning but the lighting often is still or already too dark.
I hope the lighting will bear with me in the future but at least the weekend can always be full of nail polish fumes deliciousness.
On Friday I did my MAC To The Beach haul *in love* and I got a little inspired by the packaging. I was already wearing ModelsOwn’s Green Grass so today I decided to play a bit with this manicure. I don’t have any sea shell stamping motif so I had to pick a flower haha.

Or is Royal Purple a better name? Somehow the combination of purple and gold always makes me think royal.
I love to konad-ify a manicure with Konad when I am already wearing a nail polish for two or more days and today it was about time to add some layered Konad to OPI’s OPI Ink.
Because I adore layered konadicures I picked China Glaze’s LOL as my Konad base stamping nail polish and China Glaze’s 2030 for the gold stamping.
Purple and gold.. these two colors are meant for each other. Love love love them together!

One thing I love to do when I am already wearing a nail polish for a few days (but I don’t want to remove it because it still looks good) is to layer another nail polish over it to change the look or to add a konadicure.
This time I did both.
I was wearing Zoya’s Kalista for three days and there was no chipping so I decided to add a layer of CND’s Crimson Sparkle. Crimson Sparkle looked stunning over Kalista but I was in the mood for some Konad too.

When I finally got my hands on Sephora by OPI’s 212 I knew with which nail polish I’d like to try a konadicure: p2′s Glory (247). Glory is in the same color family – it is just lighter.
Because Glory isn’t a one coater I knew that the stamping would be subtle but I love subtle stampings.
Something about 212 and Glory make me think.. royal. Like the colors of clothes you would wear on a royal hunting trip? If that makes sense.
The perfect full nail motif for this look is the plaid pattern on Konad’s m64.
This manicure was a rush job so the pattern and rhinestone are not perfectly aligned but I love how this subtle stamping looks. On my ring finger I first just wanted to stamp the crown from Konad’s m40 image plate but because my nailbeds are pretty narrow I had no idea how to place it properly. Then I thought.. why not stamping two crowns to create a new shape?
