Hi everyone!
Long, very long time no post – I am so sorry guys! The last weeks have been crazy and the sooner disappearing daylight hasn’t helped either when I am home late. I think it’s time.. time to buy a light box. Do you have recommendations? I am thinking about buying one from the German evilbay soon and I would love to read about your experiences with premade light boxes and their lighting.
Before I can’t stop chatting about light boxes let me show you a nail polish I’ve neglected for way too long: Lancôme’s Indigo Paris from their 2009 (!) Declaring Indigo collection.
This is the first time I am wearing this nail polish. It was sitting since the end of last year or the beginning of this year in my Helmer waiting to be worn – I should feel ashamed because this nail polish is beyond stunning:

Hi everyone!
I think I might have catched a cold. Since this morning I am having a sore throat and I even need to hung up on the phone because it hurts too much to talk. 
Lots of water, a ton of fruits and some extra vitamin C powder will be my best friends this weekend. I hope it will help because it is no fun to have a cold especially in this hot weather. Ouch.
But let’s get back to the world of pretty nail polishes.

*Well, almost! 
Hello everyone!
Today I’d like to show you a layering NOTD whichs look is really unusual for me.
I am always wearing an opaque nail polish. I just love the look of bright and pastel cremes, delicious shimmers and stunning opal flakes but sheer pinks? No. So not me! But I tried this look anyway because my coworker Alex was curious how my nails would look with such a nude look.
At first it felt strange but now – after wearing this look for four days – I am glad that I agreed to try her request.

Hello everyone!
The lighting a few minutes ago finally was good enough to take pictures of a current manicure after I came home from work. Usually it already is too dark.
Because of the great weather and a Twitter suggestion to pick a holo I applied China Glaze’s Visit Me In Prism over American Apparel’s Dynasty yesterday evening.
I chosed to layer Visit Me In Prism because I wanted a base color to show through. A lighter mauve probably would have matched even better but I still like how it turned out.

Hello everyone!
Can you own too many taupes?
Because I still can’t pass on a taupe nail polish my taupe stash is still growing. The last addition to my taupe collection is American Apparel’s Mouse and next week I hopefully can get my hands on the two LE ArtDeco taupes from their current nail polish collection.
Today I’d like to show you one of my favorite and the surely most hyped taupe: Chanel’s Particulière.
