Unicorn Puke (or Clairvoyant) is probably by far the most popular nail polish from Cult Nails and its very limited release created a huge hype among us nail polish enthusiasts. Today I am showing you this stunning beauty over another magical nail polish: MAC Jade Dragon.
But before I start with my declaration of love to Unicorn Puke: don’t run over to evilbay and pay a tremendously high amount of money to get Unicorn Puke. Unicorn Puke was limited edition but it will come back with the name Clairvoyant in the soon to be released Super Powers collection where you can buy a bottle for the regular retail price of $10.
The pre-release of Clairvoyant under the name Unicorn Puke was a much appreciated treat to us nail polish addicts based on our love for unicorn pee aka Clarins 230. Clairvoyant is magic in a bottle so releasing a few bottles of it with the name Unicorn Puke was just perfect!

Cult Nails nail polishes are available on www.cultnails.com for currently $10 a bottle plus shipping. Cult Nails ship international but some countries might be excluded. The pre-sale for the Super Powers collection is over but the official release date should be soon.
MAC – Jade Dragon: two
Cult Nails – Unicorn Puke / Clairvoyant: one
Base coat: OPI – Nail Envy Matte
Top Coat: Essence – Better Than Gel Nails Top Sealer
As a base for Unicorn Puke / Clairvoyant I picked MAC Jade Dragon to combine two truly magical nail polishes. Jade Dragon is a stunning forest green with glass flecks. Its base is a creme so the glass flecks are not as prominent as they would be in a jelly base.
Jade Dragon was released in Fall 2010 in MAC’s second collaboration with Jin Soon called Nail Trend F/W 2010. I love this collection of six nail polishes and I am glad I got a backup of Jade Dragon back then. I do wish I had bought two bottles of Ming Blue too, though.
Thanks for looking and have a great week! ♥

Love love love the glitter! Usually I don’t like large flake glitter, but this is gorgeous!

Unicorn Puke / Clairvoyant is truly stunning and I am glad you like it too Anna!
Being a bit backwards and useless (when it comes to applying nail varnish), I would never be able to create this look or make this polish look great….but I think I would want it merely for the name!!
It is rather strangely beautiful…it looks beautifully beautiful though

Unicorn Puke really is beautiful Jo.
About applying nail polish: practice makes perfect. In the beginning my application wasn’t great but with time you will get better.
So pretty!! I love it! I wonder – do you have any ‘tips’ for removing glittery / flakie polishes? I always have the worst time!!

I can’t wait to get mine!!! I’m going to be a Clairvoyant (and 3 other polishes). It looks gorgeous over the green (which I don’t have).

I am seriously on the fence about this. I did order it in the super powers presale-but will need to see it in person
