Spring screams pastel nail polishes to me and China Glaze For Audrey had to be one of the first nail polishes I wanted to wear this Spring. For Audrey perhaps is THE nail polish for Spring and it made me so happy while looking at my nails.
I love to wear China Glaze For Audrey and not only because I adore its robin eggs blue/tiffany blue color. For Audrey also was one of the very first US brand nail polishes I purchased back in the day when I started becoming a nail polish enthusiast. I just had to have For Audrey and was blown away when I received it in the mail around three years ago – and I still am.

Base coat: OPI – Nail Envy Matte
Top Coat: Essence – Better Than Gel Nails Top Sealer
Isn’t China Glaze For Audrey gorgeous? I could stare at it all day. After three years it became a bit thick so I added a few drops of thinner. Because it is a pastel nail polish the first coat can be streaky but it evened out nicely with the second coat.

You might have noticed that it does look a little a lot different around here. 
I wanted to create a new blog layout for a while already but only now in my vacation I have found the time I needed. Thinking about the color scheme, the frame, a new logo, the navigation.. it all made so much fun and I hope you all like it. Especially having a new navigation which is much more detailed and structured is very important to me and I am so happy how the new layout looks.
Over time we all change and develop and the new layout feels much more like the person and blogger I am now. Have I already mentioned how happy I am about the new layout?

Had no idea until this past weekend that there are 2 versions of For Audrey out there. The original was a little more green in it than this one you show that is the one being sold now and for quite some time back – the current one is more blue. Neither match my Tiffany bag I have that of course is THE Tiffany blue. I think I am going to play around a little and see if I can come up with my own shade that matches the sack I have.
Oh I had no idea either that there are two versions of For Audrey beachgal.
I only ever saw this version.
